State of Siege is Simon Clode and Crowblack Films’ debut feature documentary. Development is funded through the 2023 Ffilm Cymru Wales Horizons Award.

Film Cymru Wales has established The Horizons Fund to identify and nurture outstanding emerging Welsh filmmakers and their projects.
